Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Shipping Rates & Methods
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the service you select. All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail by default, which typically delivers within 2–5 business days.
Insurance & Upgrades
Each shipment includes tracking and insurance coverage up to $100. If you’d like to add extra insurance or request an expedited service, please contact us before placing your order so we can make arrangements.
Delivery & Responsibility
Delivery timeframes are provided by USPS and cannot be guaranteed. Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed deliveries. In the rare event of an issue, you may file a claim directly with USPS, and we’re happy to provide documentation to assist.
