Please note that we are not gemologists—items are described and sold based on the information available to us. We encourage you to ask for additional photos, measurements, or details if you need more clarity before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Shipping damage claims must be filed directly with USPS, but we will gladly provide any documentation needed to support your claim.
