In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery; shipping damage claims must be filed directly with USPS, and we will gladly provide any documentation needed to assist.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and all orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance up to $100 included. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, though timeframes are estimated by USPS and not guaranteed. Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed deliveries; if an issue occurs, claims must be filed directly with USPS, and we are happy to provide supporting documentation.
